	The apartment has its own large patio with room to be in either sun or shade.		Guests have use of part of the terraced garden, which has lawn, shrubs, flowers and trees, including a magnificent magnolia grandiflora, and two large walnut trees.
	Barbecue and patio furniture (table, chairs and relaxer chairs) are provided.
